My 2 Baby Sisters Placemat

Requirements:	Pattern, 1 yd each of 3 coordinating fabrics, 1 1/2 yd. for backing, 5/8 yd. for binding, sewing machine in good working order with a 1/4" foot, flower head pins, seam ripper, high quality 100% cotton thread (poor thread tends to break when removing the papers), Rotary cutter with new blade, small scissors, large size rotary mat, rulers (6" x 24" preferred and 6" x 12"), steam iron and pressing surface (we have ironing boards and irons, bring your own if you want one by your side or don't want to wait...), template plastic-3"x12', 12" Add-A-Quarter ruler, scotch tpe, fabric glue pen (Sewline is a good brand), Size70 Microtex needles, large paper clips, gallon size ziploc bags, Purple Thang You should allow 15-30 minutes for set up for your quilting prior to the starting class time. You may want to bring a lunch to allow more sewing time to be available.
