The Circle Template Ruler is designed with a simple purpose to cut accurate circles and arcs. It makes it easy to both draw the desired cut line from circles from 1" to 712" and also to quickly add the turn line at 14" less. This ruler is perfect for creating the centers for Dresdenstyle plates using the 22.5 Degree Wedge Ruler NN22D. Designed by Kaye England, this series of rulers will work together as a compatible set. These rulers read right to left and left to right and have perfect sight lines.
